These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.rekarro.com and the Rekarro application and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by SDFP Software Solutions PTY LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe and Peach Payments). We do not store full card details. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Trials and Promotions
If we offer a trial or promotional pricing, terms will be shown at signup. Unless stated otherwise, trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or security features
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted
Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Use the Service to violate the rights of others
Your Data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to your data.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by SDFP Software Solutions PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDFP Software Solutions PTY LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SDFP Software Solutions PTY LTD harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
